## Description

KidSwitch Lightswitch Extension for Toddlers - Laurie Berkner Edition. Includes: 3 Light Switch Extenders, 6 Screw assemblies and 12 Themed Art Stickers + 2 Blank Stickers. KidSwitch was created by the father of a sweet and adventurous two year old little girl, named Taylor. After suffering a slight injury due to a fall from a makeshift "ladder" that she had created to reach her light switch, Taylor's dad set out to find a better way to help her safely turn on and off her room light. And with that, KidSwitch was created! Since 1995, the multi-award winning KidSwitch has been helping little ones safely reach and operate room lights while helping them learn the important energy saving habit of turning the lights off when they leave the room. We are happy to extend this helping hand to you! We are proud to bring you the Laurie Berkner Edition KidSwitch. The perfect match for our j & alex brand "Laurie Berkner Wall Art Decals"! // About Laurie Berkner: Best-selling, award-winning children's musician Laurie Berkner has been a longtime fixture on TV's Nick Jr. and Sprout channels, and her original songs, albums, DVD's, music videos, and books leave no doubt: Laurie is the uncrowned queen of children's music and the power behind the progressive "kiddie rock" movement. What sets her apart? Her music speaks to kids without talking down to them, charming youngsters without boring grown-ups.

Review: Easy to install and easy to use! - I have 2 small children so I am constantly turning lights on and off for them, since they can't reach. Better than them climbing or jumping to grab the switch. I bought these and couldn't be happier. They only took a minute or 2 to install, with just a screwdriver. My boys can now turn lights on and off for themselves with ease. They love being able to do it themselves, and I love that lights aren't being left on in places like their bedroom or bathroom. They supposedly glow in the dark but I wouldn't really say that. Periodically I notice a slight glow from the extenders but not enough to be noteworthy. Personally the glow in the dark feature didn't/doesn't matter to me. I will also say these are pretty durable. My boys are often rough when grabbing the extender to turn lights on or off. These have a little bend, more than you'd expect. As an adult who can reach the actual switch I am still able to turn the lights on/off as usual. They are also not an eyesore. The pack came with some stickers but I left ours blank. The device itself doesn't draw attention but with the sticker it would. Since I have one in my bathroom and hallway I'd rather in blend into the background instead of making a statement. This was a great purchase and I would easily buy again or recommend to a friend. I have not removed mine but they do remove easily and leave no marks behind since they install right on your current switch plate.
Review: A must-have for parents of independent toddlers - I have an almost three-year-old who is all about doing "BY MYSELF MAMA!!!" these days. I had seen these switch extenders at a friend's house, and she was able to use them easily. I decided to buy the three pack because it's a much better deal financially and we put them in a few different places - kidlet's bathroom, kidlet's room, and downstairs half bathroom. The extenders install very easily. You just take the screws out from the switch plate, place the extender over it, and put the screws back in, as there are holes on the extender for them. Make sure you don't screw it all on too tightly or the extender will have more friction in use, which makes it harder for the child to use it. An adult can still use the switch easily without having to use the extender, and my kid can easily turn the light on and off. The moon at the bottom makes it easy for her to grab and grasp - she just needs to hook her fingers over it to control it, which means an even younger child could use this pretty easily too. Bonus: It glows in the dark, so if she were to get out of bed for a nighttime potty break, she could turn the light on. It's cheap, functional, and promotes independence in children - money well spent for us!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use your own judgment if you find your kiddo needs it
*by R***P on July 20, 2026*

Got these for my kids so my daughter wouldnt be scared to go to the bathroom anymore. The Eric Carle ones are soo cute! We decided to use take for the back of some of the stickers, just in case they wanted to switch out the sticker. I feel like the extender is thick, it does bend though if your toddler pulls it up away from the wall, so the material thick but flimsy of used in the wrong way. Otherwise, it does it's job well! My toddler finally stopped doing it that way after a few times having to correct and show the correct way. It doesnt have any way to adjust it really, but my oldest does just fine with it. My toddler can grow into it and the new baby. It does glow, it's not a very bright glow. But enough to see it to use it if they woke up at night! I did only use one screw on each outlet, because it works better that way. Otherwise the switch doesnt go completely down and is hardly down? Don't know if that makes sense though.
