**Q: Will it fit the 99-2002 7.3? Is it a larger capacity?**
A: I have a 96 7.3 so it should,  the filter has almost double that if the stock filter.  The filter is almost a foot long and when installed it's about an inch below your oil pan .

A: 13/16 x 16

**Q: What size is the hole and thread pitch?**
A: Fits 7.3l if that’s what your windering

**Q: is this a two pack of filters for this price?**
A: Negative, this is one filter.  Great high-cap oil filter upgrade for an OBS 7.3L PowerStroke Diesel, but a little steep on price.
