I needed an insert to bring the one closer to the (larger) size of the other. I first ordered the C cup, but it was too large, and seemed very heavy for a lightweight form. I returned it with no questions asked (thanks, Amazon and Moovant), and ordered the B cup size. It works much better, and I'm pleased with the choice. These are slightly concave on the inside, which is what I needed.
