Review: 100% Recommend - I’ve tried quite a few self tanners, and this one is definitely one of my favorites! It gives such a natural-looking glow without turning orange or looking streaky. The color develops evenly and leaves my skin looking sun-kissed and smooth. I also love that it applies easily and dries pretty quickly, so I’m not stuck feeling sticky for hours. The scent is much better than most self tanners I’ve used, and it didn’t leave weird patches on my hands, elbows, or knees. It lasted several days before fading evenly, which is a huge plus. If you want a beautiful tan without damaging your skin in the sun, this self tanner is absolutely worth trying!
Review: 5 stars!!! - This foam is 5 stars! I used to use tanning lotion that was colored so I could control it around my drier spots (knees, elbows) but wanted to give this a try. I use an exfoliating glove with a sugar scrub (which contains oil) and dry off completely. You arent supposed to have oil on the skin but its so light and Im so dry that this process works for me. I then put a little light lotion around those spots. Used a tanning glove and small brush to blend and it looks perfect. You do have to keep it on for 6 hours to develop so you dont want to get wet in any way. The inside of my shorts do stain but comes out fine in the wash. I rinse off and dry before I go to bed with no staining of sheets. I have a light olive skin so the dark gives me that nice tan without any orange cast and it lasts about 7 days or so. Wears well, no splotchiness when fading. I also used the darkest and felt that was too much for me. I also tried the CoCo & Eve dark which dries quickly and can be washed off in an hour or two but felt it was too orange. All of them smell pleasant but do have that slight tanning smell. Use a towel you can possibly get stained if you need one. You need to rub it in quickly as well. Just try it!

A: Use our application mitt to blend for an even, streak-free finish. As with all our self-tanners, you need to apply to well exfoliated, clean, dry skin free of moisturizers.

**Q: How do I know whether to get the dark or light/medium?**
A: If you have fair skin, start by trying the light/medium, then work your way up to dark if you’d like an even deeper tan. You can always reapply for a deeper color.

**Q: What’s the difference between the foam and the lotion?**
A: Both produce the same bronzed color, so it comes down to how you like to apply the product. Plus, the foam is fast drying, while the lotion is extra moisturizing.

**Q: How long does it take to develop?**
A: You can leave it on your skin for 1 - 8 hours, depending on how dark you like your tan. The longer you leave it on the darker you get. That’s the great part, you can control your color.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Like the natural color

I am fair-skinned and stay out of the sun, but I do like to get some color during the spring and summer months. Enter self-tanner. I have tried a lot over the years with mixed results. I tried the Bondi Sands Self-Tanning foam based on a lot of positive reviews. I have only used it a couple of times, but I really like it. Self-tanners often have an off-putting smell, but Bondi Sands disguises it a bit with a coconut scent—not unpleasant. The color looks natural and it lasts for 5-7 days before fading. With self-tanners, the application makes a big difference. If it's useful for anyone, my process is: Day before: • Exfoliate. Pay particular attention to elbows, knees and ankles, where the skin is drier and thicker and tends to absorb more color Day of: • Use a thick moisturizer, like a body balm, on elbows, knees and ankles. • Put on disposable plastic gloves. I combine the tanning foam with moisturizing lotion (Nivea, or whatever) dispensing equal amounts of each in my gloved palm, and then mixing them together there before applying. This dilutes the tanning foam a little, but it's easier to spread and avoid streaking. • As you apply tanner to your arms, legs, etc., use a circular motion to blend. I have used a smidge on my face blended with sunscreen first. I get a hint of color, which is all I want. • After 5 minutes or so, I often do another light application to my calves. • Be patient. Let it process 6-8 hours before showering. I have slept in self-tanner, but I don't recommend it. I don't like the way it feels ( a little tacky because I use moisturizer with it), but more bothersome, the smell lingers on the sheets. If your schedule permits, apply it in the morning and rinse it off at the end of the day. Happy (fake) tanning. 😎
