A: You might be able to find one, but directions state something about the connection is of a special design.  Read directions.

**Q: How much water does it take to fill?**
A: I would guess about 3 gal.  Quite a bit. It difficult to lift the base when filled. I have mine outside so some materials can get in the water and the pump tends to clog pretty easily.  I am going to try to adapt some kind of filter.  On the plus side, it is charming.
