**Q: How about the sealing of these 60 tubes, will the liquid leak?**
A: The seal is good, the soft plug of the test tube is very suitable. I used about 20 test tubes to fill the liquid, no liquid flowed out.

**Q: how many ounces does this equate to?**
A: Each tube holds about 12 cc

**Q: Can these be heat sterilized? (can they withstand 260F temperatures?)**
A: These plastic test tubes are made of made of transparent polystyrene (PS) plastic, the tolerable high temperature range is 176F-212F, too high temperature will easily lead to deformation of the test tube.
