Shopped around for different choices and decided to go with this one. I only have the green laser version, no flashlight. After putting about 500 rounds, the laser held well on the rail, and kept zero. As far as visibility out doors, you can see it at 50 yards but anything beyond that is a stretch. May be difficult to see against dark targets in an outdoor range, and if there is too much sunlight it can be hard to spot.
