Referring to the second product image, you can opt not to assemble Levels 1 and 2 and still have Level 3 sit on the riser. So, Level 3 is the smallest size that will sit nicely on the riser, which would accommodate about 132 macarons. We hope that answers your question. **Q: How stable is this display? This is made of very light plastic and is rather flimsy for $90.
