I’ve got a 16” MacBook and it’s fine on there, using with a separate keyboard means you’re not really touching your machine so don’t need to worry about any wobbles which would only be slight even if you were typing on it. **Q: Will this laptop stand rust？** A: Not to be a stickler, but all metals oxidise - or corrode - in contact with regular air. Aluminium corrodes too, but it creates micro-thin oxide film that protects it from any further corrosion. As opposed to steel, which corrodes and chips away and corrodes more until all that is left is rust. In addition, this stand seems to be painted, which also protects it against corrosion. Very happy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, quite springy *by T***8 on 14 April 2025* Easy to slot together and well made, this does almost what you want, except it's quite bouncy - ie the top arms will move quite springily as you type on a laptop resting on them. It has quite a bit of 'twang' to the movement as the top arms are basically unsupported unlike some other stands that have more struts, however I wanted a stand I could easily dis-assemble and this does the trick. The bottom is rock solid and the rubber grips on the top arms work ok.
