Now, it's mostly an H20 message which appears to be a water error. We looked at the company's troubleshooting instructions and it says to set the scale aside to dry for 24 hours but our scale hasn't been used for a week and isn't close to water or humidity in any way, and it's still displaying this error message. Now we can't even turn it off because it says H20repeatedly when you hold the power button to turn it off, but it won't turn off. We did a firmware update and it was of no help. Please stay away from this product.
