The only other ingredient listed on the box is "dextrose." **Q: Is this red ginseng?** A: There is no indication on the box or on the packets that it's red ginseng. It is simply described as "Korean Ginseng." I would assume that if it were "red" they'd note that specifically. The dissoluble tea is not in traditional tea bags, they are pouches that contain the pelleted ginseng granules. These granules dissolve nicely in hot drinks but take some work for cold ones.
