I really love both the functionality and appearance of this bag. My only complaint (I'd take off half a star if I could) is that I would prefer the main compartments not to have zippers! But I couldn't find a bag in the right design and the right size without the zippers, so I went with this one. The zippers aren't too obtrusive, and the outside organizer pocket is a real bonus. I also like the wider, flat straps, so the bag isn't always slipping off my shoulder. And the dark-brown leather and the hardware on the straps give a nice rich appearance.
