Review: Best for 4K 10bit at 60fps - If shooting 4K DCI at 60fps is of importance to you then I highly recommend this Atomos drives
Review: It costs a bit to get 1TB of storage but in 2023, I just can’t get anything smaller. Considering how much data is generated when recording in 4K with the highest settings, 1TB seemed like the only way to go. More would have been too expensive, at least with this particular brand and at the time of purchase. Plugging it in to my Atomos Ninja V+, the drive fits perfectly hand-in glove, formatted quickly and provides the full stated amount of storage. I appreciate the secure erase functionality. If you want the recording gone, like really gone, you can do it with secure erase. Check the Atomos device compatibility list to see which drives work with your Atomos device and the available functionality for the specific drive.

It costs a bit to get 1TB of storage but in 2023, I just can’t get anything smaller. I tried using other drives on my Atomos Ninja and was constantly having issues recording at 60FPS 4K. No write issues with this item. Fast but expensive.
