If you have already had the denture adapted .. then if you take it out every opitunity you can and suck these .. they do eirk quickly ... also a good rinse with warm salty warm .. swishing it about .. salt makes wonderful healing mouth wash. Nothing at all will heal a denture rubbing .. you will end up with an ulcer type thing which will take months of no dentures in to heal . The relief you’ll get when your denture gets adjusted will amaze you . You may have to suck these off and on , especially at bed time with your denture out for a day or two to help the sore spot to heal after the adjustment .
