**Q: Is this the same mix as the mr. color thinner 400? i assume the number just refers to the amount in ml?**
A: Yep, same just smaller amount 110 ml, 400 is the 400 ml

**Q: Can I clean off tamiya enamel panel liner with this ?**
A: Not sure if you'd want to risk it. I have (once) with mixed results, and Mr. Color Thinner is probably overkill. It'll cause whatever underlying finish to haze if used repeatedly. Try good ol' mineral spirits. The choice is yours. . .

**Q: Is this the thinner for the Mr. Color Lacquer paints ?**
A: I don't use it as a thinner.  I don't use the Mr. Color paints.  I bought it to remove numbers and data from factory painted model railroad cars, but I found it to be really strong, especially on Accurail cars.  I don't know about any other car manufacturers, I haven't tried it on them.   When I custom paint railroad cars, I use mainly water based paints (ModelFlex) which is thinned with water and much more convenient.
