    Good Overview, but Shows Its Age

This is an old book from the 80s, so MBTI talk has become more sophisticated, as can be expected. It was a good overview of the types in different situations though, so I think it's worth reviewing as a reference.

This book is eye-opening and a great tool for better understanding yourself and others.  I've found it so helpful in modifying my relationships with coworkers and my bosses.  I'm giving this to everyone I know for Christmas :)

Based on the theory that everyone is born with a preferred way of being, the Meyers Briggs personality types are actually quite enlightening.  It can be quite freeing to realize that  people are the way, they are, outside of oneself.  It's them, not you.  I would recommend this book to everyone, especially those who take everyone and everything personally.  You know who I'm talking about...
