Battery was junk. Only head charge for 20 minutes. Customer service was wonderful. Was going to send us new battery but before they could, the hoverboard stopped steering.

Battery can’t keep a charge. Used 3 times. First time lasted 15 minutes. Second time about ten minutes and the third time under two minutes. Returned it.

Very disappointing. After 3 months it stopped working. One side blinks red and beeps continuously. I have read many other reviews that say the same thing. Buyer beware!UPDATE: Seller provided instructions on re-calibrating the hover board. It now works again, hopefully it will work long term.
