It provides even compression and support to weakened and injured ankles.Slip end of support over the foot and position so that the heel protrudes through the hole at the back of the support.Washing Instructions: Machine wash in cold water. Okay
I like the firm support, but was disappointed that on me the ankle support isn't as long as the one shown in the photos. Perhaps the model has shirt legs. Just needs to be a couple of inches longer and fir me it would be perfect.

Great support
This gives me excellent support around my ankle after I fractured it some years ago and it’s still causing me pain and discomfort. This is very tight and does a great job supporting my ankle. At this low price you cannot go wrong.

This product is made of good quality elastic which supports very well offering light compression to relieve my discomfort of foot, ankle and leg pain. I would highly recommend as you won't be disappointed.
