Use these for my elderly mother's bladder and bowel "leaks" in the daytime instead of pantiliners (too small and thin to provide any coverage and absorbency) and a full nighttime diaper (too uncomfortable and bulky for daytime). They provide excellent protection and are very soft. My mother feels comfortable and protected.
