I make badge reels as a side hustle and these badge clips need to work for a long time for my customers. These are great quality, they feel sturdy and I pull on them pretty hard to make sure they are going to last before I attach the decorative acrylic. The size is perfect for my designs, they work very well and they grip as you pull on them. I don’t have to worry about the string slipping.

Good quality product, each individually packaged. long lasting. I've only had 2 break over time. One was the cord and the other the clear plastic snap. Both were from heavy usage. Very pleased with product. The cord length is perfect to badge in. It retracts easily. The clip does not damage clothing, rotates to clip about anywhere and stays clipped.

I've always had good luck with these reels but the bag I got this week is simply not acceptable. I've opened 28 reels and of those, 7 of them don't retract fully. I've heard this complaint on some of the social media groups I belong to, so i know it isn't an isolated incident. It might be time to look for a new brand. UPDATE: The company reached out to me after my initial review, expressing their apology and stating that they are working diligently to remedy the issue. They also sent me replacement reels for the defective ones. Good customer service will always keep me as a customer.

The badge reels worked fine but they were not able to hold as much weight as I needed for my badges they would hang down on the reel if too many items on badge

I got some badge reels on my bag that didn't reel in well buy I contacted them and they will replace the bad ones. I love their customer services. They were so fast helping me out :) I got a package today with the badge reels. I really recommend this badge reels are the best

I used these in combination with flat back buttons covered with printed fabric to make personalized badge holders for all my coworkers. Everyone loved them and they've had them for months. No one has complained that any have broken or no longer swivel/retract. I have bought a couple hundred and haven't had an issue with a single one! Very happy.

Thought my button would come off within a few tugs or pulls of the cord - NOPE. I am very happy with the quality of these.

It's sturdy and rotates...good quality and our staff like that it has an alligator clip.
