Q: how welll does this work on arthritis? what do you NOT like about it? is there a different product you recommend and why?

I have Scleroderma and bought this for exercising my hands. To me, it’s too big for my hands, so I bought “Stress Paul” stress reliever rubber stress purple man (in a fetal position) and it fits my hand just perfectly. My son also bought a “Firm foam star hand exerciser” (yellow and 3 inches) and that works well, too. The purple man is squishier/softer than the yellow star (more firm/harder) but both work well. Both are available on Amazon. Good luck!

Q: How many balls do you get?

Only 1 ball. And unfortunately the finger can break easily. But, it does a good job of helping with therapy on hand and fingers.

Q: What is this filled with?

There is no filling, it's all a foam material.
