Find another calcium supplement. These calcium pills are gigantic! đ© And I have to take 3 of them to get the right amount of calcium. Also, they are dry tablets, not a gel capsule. Even taking one at a time they tend to stick in your throat. They don't really have a taste so no complaints there.
