This is the second refurbished Socket mobile (from a different company ) and this one by far has been the best one. It was exactly as described. I highly recommend this company to do business with.

I needed a bluetooth barcode scanner to work with my iPad and discovered the Socketscan. It works perfectly for my needs. After using it for a while, I purchased another one to use for a second location.

I cannot find a fix to this online. My scanner got replaced with a new one by the manufacturer but the same problem persists. Scanner remains on. Connection drops. I use my scanner with Lightspeed POS on iPad Pro 12. The issue gets resolved temporarily if i turn the scanner off and back on. I have other scanners I use by Socket Mobile and they work great. I hope someone has a solution to this issue. My Amazon return window has already closed in July, 2019. Help!

Works great. Has helped move our business forward. No problems with connection to the iPad or integration with our POS app

This was bought as a replacement for one I lost at work. It won’t stay turned on unless on the charger. Worst one of these I’ve ever had.

It doesn't stay paired. We have to repair it at least 3 times a week and it likes to turn itself off. It also doesn't read the smaller barcodes unless it wants to. We hate this scanner and wish there was a better option. We need a new one because we have no choice but to use this type for our backend system. But seeing as I bought it last June and we have been have problems the last 6 months, there has to be a better option. If you don't have to use this scanner, don't.

I bought this for an extra register for a firework's stand. It never would work and made only one register very hard with HUGE lines and impatient people. Don't waste your money on this item. I was very disappointed with this item.
