Burn Spots!
The laser cannot be turned off and it leaves burnt spots on the project! The software is not bad but you cannot search the images!

Low cost amazing quality.
Takes a little bit of time to get the app going, but one you do you will be up and running in no time. Looks good, amazing quality engraving. I have engraved leather, wood, cardboard, phone cases, plastic and painted metal without issue. It is small, engraving area is under 2.5x2.5 inches square but that's fine.
