For my Autistic daughter
My Autistic daughter got hooked on this and Pinky and the Brain when we could afford the cable. After the accident, my disability wouldn't allow the payment of cable. Found this and there were a lot that she didn't have...

Lots of fun, terrible puns
British animation humor at its best. Absurd adventures, spy stuff, and some of the worst puns ever. Listen close! They don't slow down. This collection has one of my favorite episodes, "The Invasion of Colonel K", a delightful parody of "Fantastic Voyage".

It's Danger Mouse, what can you say?
This video is not my favorite of the 5, but it is classic. Where else can you find washing machines taking over London? Penfold's adventures back in time are a riot. Fun for all ages...ranks up with one of my all-time top five favorite tv series.

The Greatest Secret Agent in Cartoons!
A marvelous cartoon show. Very funny, clever and at times side-splittingly absurd! The acting and animation are top-class an the intermissions with the narrator are a very good idea. I was slightly nervous about ordering this video as I was not sure if would work on my British standard machine, but I was pleasantly surprized! More of these tapes should be made including Count Duckula, Victor and Hugo et al. I can't wait for my next order to arrive!

Jolly Good Show DM!
More absurd comic spy capers from the White Wonder. One episode features the first appearance of an early Count Duckula. I enjoyed this tape immensely but was puzzled by the online description which says that this video contains 5 episodes. "The Strange Case Of The Ghost Bus" was not on the tape I received.

Good grief!
Eight adventures, and one hidden feature.Puns, bad jokes, and various sillinesses... but that's Dangermouse. The feature is a pilot episode from which "Who stole the Bagpipes" was edited. Notably, in the pilot Dangermouse is not voiced by David Jason, but by William Franklyn. The rest of the voice cast is different -- Penfold has a Welsh accent (actor unknown).Technically, time has not been kind to the original 16mm films. Some are better quality than the others. They're a little grainy, and a bit of sprocket weave is noticeable occasionally.

Hilarious
Both my kids love Dangermouse but this is only the second DVD i have got for them. I did try to get them in order but after watching the first episodes (bizzare and boring) on one dvd and then throwing it away i found the best of ones to be much better. This and Viva Dangermouse are much more how i remember the series being, funny, irreverent and entertaining, a must have ;)

Brian Cosgrove at his best!
This is by far the funniest collection of Danger Mouse episodes out of the 5 DVDs available.Featuring the amazing vocal talent of the one and only David Jason (starring most memorably in Open All Hours, Only Fools and Horses, Darling buds of May, Count Duckula, A Touch of Frost and more) as Danger Mouse and other characters, supported by Terry Scott as Penfold, this disc really justifies the reason the series was so loved in the 80s.Only the somewhat semi-professional mastering of this disc lets the overall presetation down, particularly the badly recorded sound. But this hinders not to the viewing quality of the features within. Absolutely amazing!

Classic Entertainment
Didn't take much notice of it when my children watched it when it was on the television. Have now watched it with my grandchildren and thought it was funny and entertaining. The grandchildren aged five and seven love it, so it was well worth buying.
