Terrible battery life. The mirror is great when it functions fully with the lighting, The magnification is good,but It’s not worth the money since it stops working after a year.

I bought two of these mirrors within the last year and both no longer work. I contacted Amazon regarding the product and got crickets. The first purchased mirror got knocked over (the base is too small for this mirror) on the counter and would no longer light up. The ring around the middle of the base will blink green but mirror does not light up. The second mirror I bought to replace the first and it worked fine for a couple of months, but one day stopped working all together. I tried using different chargers, outlets, and went through all trouble shooting reset process from Simple Human's web site to no avail. The mirror's power is dead. I investigated replacing the rechargeable battery but it's not a solution for the layman. $200 is too much to pay for this product. It is over engineered and too cheaply made for the price. The auto sensor is annoying and would turn the mirror on when distantly walking past the mirror, and not turn on when directly in front other times. I experienced this on both mirrors when they worked. It's very frustrating trying to get mirror to tun on sometimes when there is no physical switch. In the end I bought the corded Conair Lighted makeup mirror for under $50 which lights and magnifies just as well as the Simple Human. Save your money, this mirror is not worth the trouble.

This mirror lights up as you walk towards it (should you program it to the feature) & is charged by a usb cable. It is beautiful and offers clear visual view without glasses or glaring. Makes the process of applying makeup or dealing with facial flaws easier and more effective than using a basic mirror. Cautionary word is that mirror arrived not operational, however company honors warranty. Product is excellent and I will continue to support this mirror. In fact I am getting another mirror but a different size. The price is not inexpensive however-this brand-not another knock off- is worth the value for the price.

I just bought my second one and it’s great!! I’ve been having a little trouble with keeping a charge as I do shut off every time I use. I did register it though. I love these mirrors

This mirror is so cool it's almost worth the giant pricetag. It stays charged well, lights up when you get near it, and the smaller magnifying mirror stays on with a magnet, which is cool. I wish the magnifying mirror magnified bigger; I don't know what the magnification strength is, but it's not enough for me. I still have to wag around a small magnifier that magnifies more. Overall, I am pleased.

Less than two years since purchase, the battery will no longer charge. Complete waste of money just like my automated hand soap dispensers from simple human, there is no battery replacement option. Simple human makes garbage products.

This mirror has a separate 10 small mirror that attaches to the middle of the big mirror with a magnet That works nicely, but I not what I expected.

Love how I can see to put makeup on even in poor lighting. This is my second one in three years, I dropped the one I had and I liked it so much I hated to replace it even though it is expensive. I tried others and none of them compare, regardless of the price,
