Q: Are the pads non-stick?

NO! these are NOT non adherent. I know the person asked this 7 years ago but this is more for others who are looking at these. Unfortunately, the people answering before me seem to lack any form of basic reading comprehension, and mistook the question for it asking if these were adhesive or not. Ive used ABD pads before and used them to place OVER an inner dressing to hold in place and to catch excess exudate, such as hydrophilic, hydrocolloid, or regular non adherent (aka non stick) pads. If you place these directly over a wound bed they WILL stick. I know because when these pads caught any fluid that leaked past the inner dressing layer and soaked the edges, it would cause the bandage to stick to the skin.

Yes, these pads are made in China.

Q: Can these be cut down to a smaller size?

Both 8 by 10's and 5 by 9's are great ABD pads. Medicare only gives me 5 by 9's but when I run short I order the larger size from Amazon. This is a blessed site for ordering almost everything I have needed. Also I have to use 2 5 by 9's for protecting my husband hernia. He cannot have surgery. Two surgeons have said he would not come off the table alive due to a botched gastric bypass surgery that put him on life support for 2 and a half months. He gets these draining sores around the sides of his hernia (which is in the chest), so we go to the wound center at the hospital once a month and I dress his wounds, every day the rest of the month. This has been going on since 2011. So I have to order all my medipore tape and skin preps from Amazon which is way cheaper then the local medical supply stores. I get some 4 by 4 sponge gauze from Walmart for $5.97 a box and use 4 a month. I will b checking Amazon for these also.
