Expressed in standardized form of Area Under the Curcumin Milligram Curve (this adjusts for different products providing different doses of curcumin), Acumin™ showed, respectively, 6.8 X, 1.03 X, 7.9 X, 3.1 X, and 21.5 X greater bioavailability than the other tested products. Piperine, in other words, is not a must-have! Piperine can also be problem since it can unpredictably affect the bioavailability of other substances you're taking. This technology is better, since it increases the bioavailability of curcumin alone.
