Q: Hi, anyone have the instructions for this?

Hi, I use this regularly. Connect up with the long nozzle to the clear tube, and the tube to the Blue bag! flush through with warm water to clean then turn the butterfly clip to stop water coming out. I then boil the kettle and add boiling water (only a small amount) to a jug then bottled water to fill up so the water is tepid. I then pour it into the Blue bag, release the butterfly clip so the water flows and close it when it does! The put a towel on the floor, put the KY jelly on the tip, get on all fours and insert the nozzle into your Anus about halfway, then turn the butterfly clip and let the water flow, it takes about 5/10 mins to empty into your bowel, then lay on your right side with your knees to your chest for upto 10 mins if you can (personally the effect works within 3 mins for me) then sit on the toilet!

Q: Does this come with a clamp to control flow?

The kit has a tap valve to control flow.Also, do not forget to replenish flora (good bacteria) with probiotics after a colon cleanse.

Q: Is the hose made of clear plastic? My last one was and l want the same thing.

Yes it is made out of clear plastic I bought mine over 3 years ago is still working I love it.

Q: How do you clean this kit?

Soap and warm water.Ideally use an antibacterial soap to help kill off any bacteria.This product does not come with usage instructions but seller 'Health-and-fitness' provides a generic usage instructions for the kit.
