Mold measures approx. 10" SQ. (outer) 4.75" SQ. (inner) x 11/16" H.
To use, simply pretreat the mold with kiln wash or nitride spray and support the drop out mold in the kiln using kiln posts (not included).
Using the included drop out firing schedule, as the glass melts it will drop though the center hole and stretch down to form vessels and other hard to achieve designs.
To use as a plate cast, place the mold on the prepared kiln shelf, lay your pre-fused glass blank over the inner hole and partially over the rim itself, and fire using a slump schedule.
