Male, 25 y/o, been taking two gummies daily for two months now. I only ordered these because I was curious to see if the extra biotin in my system would help activate my dormant beard hairs so it would fill in a bit better (or at least make it the hair feel and look healthier). Biotin isn't something very many people are deficient in and so I didn't expect much to change in that regard. And not much did - for my beard at least. My nails became much stronger and grew in faster (which they already grew in quite quickly and strongly as it is, but that wasn't something I really wanted help with), so if you're after improved nails then it's possible these will help you out. Where hair growth is concerned, I have noticed more hair on my chest, belly and upper arms. I'm already a damn hairy bloke so to notice visible new growth amidst my forestry signals that these are definitely doing something. There are also new hairs on my face, definitely, so I don't doubt that the extra biotin is actually having an effect. In that regard, I've gotta say that even though these gummies aren't what I'm looking for, or all that beneficial to me, they do seem to be working, or at least aiding my body while I've been improving my water intake, diet and quality of exercise. They also taste really good. Tempted to buy them again and use them for another two months, just to see what happens. Might update my review then to share any new results.

To be fair before I bought this I read alot of negative reviews talking about the taste and texture of them but good reviews on the effects it had on people's nails hair and skin etc. Gave these a try , and I have to say i really love the taste. I don't feel that it taste weird, bizarre or artificial candies or anything like that- Though you cant taste the "raspberry and blueberry" natural flavouring. I was ill alot as a child and was given lots of liquid medication and the gummies taste just like it 😂😂😂 ( in the nicest way possible), it also has a hint of sprite? I definitely prefer the texture of these gummies more than Harribos, midget gems or any other highstreet gummies as they dont stick to your teeth. I also take apple cider vinegar and multi vitamins gummies from other companies and i can say that these biotin gummies-texture and taste is so much better !! Overally, taste and texture wise -I would give it a 10/10. Now , I do feel my nails growing stronger and longer quicker these past few weeks, my hair growing longer as well, and my skin clearing up abit. However I don't know if I can credit these 100% because I have been using doing alot more self care; rosemary oil on scalp before wash, looking after natural nails more as well as nail aid, Better diet and taking skin care more seriously. This isn't to discourage anyone from buying it , but if you are looking to look after yourself more , definitely take these along with any other self care methods that go along with the purpose of these gummies, you will see a huge difference!! I am looking forward to have these everyday i love the smell and the taste and knowing its benefits that my body needs its a plus! I purchased it on subscription initially for abit of discount which I will definitely keep on !!

It's way too early to see results for my hair and nails however...as someone who hasn't slept the whole night through without waking up several times since I was a slobby teenager (now 36) the past 2 nights I haven't woken up ONCE, I'll update if it's a coincidence but it feels like pure sorcery ☺️ oh and they taste good, agree with someone else though, they are definitely more of a jelly baby texture. If they work wonders on my hair and nails it will be 5 stars all around!

they are so yummy and easy to take/swallow. I have only recently started these so I can’t comment on the effectiveness yet. I’ll come back to review in a month or so. Good value for the money though!

great taste and texture

Has a nice flavour and there are plenty of gummies inside, however it hasn't helped my nails, hair or any of the things listed on the product. No growth from any of these listed. Not really worth buying, size is okay.

Been using these for just 1 month and my hairdresser said yesterday that I’ve got lots of new hair growing and it’s an inch long already. My skins looking loads better too, these gummies are amazing.

As someone who's got an under active thyroid and suffers with regular anemia and borderline personality disorder which tires me out on its own, since taking these I have had so much more energy, in the past days out have been a 'job' and when can we go home? Now I have so much energy I can't do enough! I recovered from anorexia a couple of years ago but my appetite has always been unstable due to it, sometimes I forget to eat and sometimes i will eat everything in sight from monstrous appetite, but since taking these I havent had a day where I've forgotten to eat, my undying hunger has actually settled to feel full after a meal (this is a major issue of always feeling hungry whether I can or cannot eat). My partner has chrones, and also suffers with lack of energy, I've noticed a change in his mood and he also is more energetic. My son's napping schedule has got back on track, it went wonky for a little bit as he's a very fussy eater and his diet is all over the place but since taking these he's been more energetic and staying awake for longer then napping for a good hour a day as he should be. I've also noticed more stability in his appetite,he's been eating better portions! They are very sweet to eat, easy to chew/swallow and less tiring to take than tablets! Extra extra comment: They've turned out life around drastically, our daily struggle has gotten a little easier and we're actually able to go on days out and do things we want to do but haven't been able to do previously due to lack of energy. I'm so happy I bought these I did not think they would help /THAT/ much
