I have to say, after it arrived and I measured it and my basement stairs...I couldn't get it down the stairs because it was too big. With that said, I inspected all the pieces and table surface to find them intact, nice felt, and quality materials. I am in the process of selling it only because it wouldn't fit down my stairs. The product(s) arrived on time, as described by Amazon & manufacturer, it was shipped without issue, arrived within prescribed estimates, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials. Description, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, color, and it matched my expectations.

This Rack Orion 8 pool table is amazing. Plays really nice. This item was shipped packaged wise it was nicely done to protect the table during shipping. I would buy again if I had to.

I received broken one delivery was awful. Quality is ok as the top cloth is very thin. When you hit the ball it’s move like you playing on dry wall.

After moving from my old apartment to a significantly larger house, I immediately started looking into pool tables. In particular, I wanted my pool table to... be 8 or 9 ft (not a dinky little 7 ft pool table like you see in bars), cost less than $1,000, take little time and effort to assemble, and include everything necessary to start playing right away without additional cost. RACK Orion 8 ft Pool Table fits all of these requirements without taking too big of a hit to quality. After doing extensive research into alternative options, eventually purchasing this pool table, and now having had this pool table for a couple months, I do not at all regret my decision to purchase this product. It is however important to note that this pool table does not use actual slate (it instead uses a form of highly condensed wood to lower price and weight), and the pool table's legs are also a bit light / flimsy. As a result, the pool balls don't settle perfectly on the felt, and the table can rock slightly if you sit on it or bump it. All of this is to be expected of an 8 ft pool table that costs less than $1,000. If you have the money and want something higher quality that will last a long time, then look elsewhere. If you don't have the money to spare and want a simple 8 ft pool table to play with for fun / practice at home, then the RACK Orion 8 ft Pool Table is perfect for you. It's also potentially important to note that you will need at least 3 adults to flip the pool table over after it's assembled. The actual assembly of the table only takes 15 - 20 minutes, but if you don't have 3 adults to flip the table over afterward, then you will not be able to play on it. The table comes with a brush for the felt, two cue sticks, a set of pool balls, a triangle for arranging the balls, and two chalk cubes. The only thing it doesn't come with that I learned the hard way is absolutely necessary is a level. Make sure to have a good level and use it right away to ensure the table is as level as possible. If the table is even slightly off, then the balls will curve and wobble in strange ways that might make you think it's the table's fault, when it's actually your fault for not leveling it.

The delivery condition was awful. Box had signs of sitting in water and clearly got wet and damaged one end (Pic). During assembly, noticed a leg doesn’t even have the wrap connected (pic) and one leg corner, you can see the table is cracked already so damaged on arrival (pic). This isn’t the priciest table, however this is unacceptable for the price I paid. I would not buy this table. If you do, just know it’s terrible quality, very cheaply made and put together and most likely damaged during delivery as well. The brush is tiny and hairs come off and sticks are warped. All around a poor buying experience. I give 1 star because it was easy to put together.

Great value for the money. Set up was quick and easy. HEAVY so at least 3 people would be needed to flip it properly. Only complaint was the shipping company sent 1 guy to make the delivery. The delivery never would have happened if we (2) of us were not here to help him. It’s heavy. BUT, table is big, sturdy and plays great. Having a blast every night with it.

Very phenomenal buy. Me and the family really have been enjoying it. One pool cube and the rack came a little damaged but I imagine from travel and delivery. Other than that, we've had a blast every night just shooting pool and chatting about life. Highly recommend the table.

I have enjoyed having a table in my home. There was a delay in the shipping but after contacting the manufacturer directly they were able to take care of the issue. I enjoy having an 8 foot table because it makes for better games. The table has been great for family get togethers and am looking forward to hosting a Christmas get together that will now include a tournament of the ages. For the money, this is a fantastic table. It plays better than those tables at the bar. It has changed my garage into the place where you can find the guys.
