Q: Can this be installed between an existing 1st & 2nd regulator on a house set up so that I can run a portable generator that requires at least 3 psi?

This is first stage regulator takes tank pressure then output to 10 lbs for second stage …contact your LP provider I use a separate tank with a grill reg.
