<p>1. Bring the required amount of water to the boil and cool to 70°C.
2.Pour approximately half the required amount of water into a clean bottle.
3.Loosely fill the attached measuring spoon and level it off at striking off edge of the tin. Place the required amount of powder into the bottle.
4.Screw the bottle closed and shake well. Add the remaining water and shake well again.
5.Cool the formula to drinking temperature: in a bath of cold water or under running cold water (approx. 5 - 7 min).
6.Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37°C).</p>
