This chair has been a G-d send. My back no longer aches all day long and it's much easier to stand up after sitting for hours. The padding on this chair is more than sufficient. The instructions for assembling it were a bit poor, but if you're mechanically inclined it's not a big deal. Took about 10 minutes from the time it was unpacked to fully assembled. Adjusting the seat position takes a few attempts but once you get it dialed in, your back will thank you. :)

The working height and the improved posture alignments are excellent.The back wheel studs are at a bad angle that prevent it from moving as you would expect on the casters, the padding foam is thin for someone that is 200 lb, and the fabric is already tearing on two corners.I do like it and it's great for work computing to switch between standing and the kneeling posture.

I am 40 yrs old and about 6 months ago developed lower back pain out of nowhere. I've been trying everything. I went to a friends house and they had a kneeling chair and I used it for an hour and loved it. So when I got home I looked on Amazon and this is the closest thing I could find, even though it was not an exact match. Arrived quickly, was easy to assemble. The material looks very cheap for office furniture. Within an hour my hips hurt. I tried adjusting it every which way over a several day period but could not find anything that was comfortable. I am 6'0' and 150 lbs. I wish there was a way to try before you buy but hopefully this review helps you if you match my profile.

I love kneeling chairs, this is probably the third one I have owned, and it's easily the worst. It is just not as comfortable as others, I think it's because of the angle of the knee pad. Also, it's impossible to get the screws in all the way and it seems to loosen itself every few weeks. All that said, I have been sitting in it for at least a year now and my legs haven't fallen off yet.Also having two separate knee cushions is inconvenient - my cat can't sit between my legs! ;-)

Screws slowly loosen so I keep the l-wrench nearby. I mostly sit 8-5 and have had this chair for about 2 months and the cushion is nearly flat already. It doesn't really bother me even though I don't have a lot of cushion on my butt to compensate.Since I brought this chair into my office I have not returned to my regular chair provided by the company. I tend to lean forward onto my desk for support sometimes instead of sitting up straight but it is better than my tendency to slouch in a standard office chair.

I really like this chair, but the screws have a tendency to come undone. I'm also not sure how much wear and tear this chair can withstand. That being said, if it was more durable this chair would get 5 stars easy.

I love this chair but the screws keep falling out. And now one of the wheels keeps falling off. The threads on the wheel's screw are totally bare. I highly recommend this chair for comfort and flexibility (the seat height adjusts), but must at the same time warn potential buyers that it is simply not very well constructed and WILL fall apart.
