Great product but some advice…
Repaired a rotted hot tub base. It was easy to work with this product. I found I needed extra latex gloves (about 4 extra pair for my job) and some patience in molding the wood filler. Word of caution … mix the wood filler in small batches as you go because if you don’t use it fast enough, it heats up after mixing the two parts together and hardens surprisingly quickly. But, I would recommend using this product. Very happy with the results even though it was a bit pricey.

Abotron Wood Restoration Kit
I had a home with several window frames that was rotten at the bottom of the frames. I purchase the Abatron Wood restoration kit and repaired my windows. I took my time doing the windows and to be honest you could not tell they were repaired. This stuff saved me several thousand dollars. A year later I sold the home and the home inspection mention how well the windows look for the age of the home. Strongly recommend Alatron Wood Restoration Kit. Easy to work with.

Best restorative epoxy I've ever used
Simply, this 2 part epoxy is fantastic. Very easy to mix, good amount of working time (don't mix more than you can use in about 10 mins [hot air temps reduce working time, so watch that]), very easy to fill holes, cracks, mold to recreate shapes, etc. Dries rock hard, but very easy to sand smooth. Takes stain and paint very well. I used to restore damaged/cracked wood siding on a 150 yr old historical house about a year ago, painted, and looks great. After 1 year in the weather, the repairs are holding up perfectly, cannot tell the difference between the original wood Vs the epoxy (and penetrant) repaired areas. I would absoutely recommend this to anyone doing serious wood repair / restoration work. The penetrant product is equally as good a product. And, the penetrant (1st step) and epoxy work extremely well together.

Does the job, but a little difficult to use.
So I bought this product because I only use epoxy wood filler on outdoor projects. All the others are a waste of money. I use other products for this same purpose, mostly PC Woody and yes, regular old Bondo. Bondo is cheap and long lasting, plus cures much faster, but it doesn't adhere to wood well enough, so the two best products I have found are this one and the PC Woody. Both have their strengths and weaknesses. My biggest issue with this product is that when the epoxy is mixed it is very stiff and cant be "spread" over a surface to fill cracks or holes. Thankfully you can use the liquid wood included in this kit to thin it down to where it can be spread. The only problem is I had other plans for the Liquid Wood, and I ended up using it all to thin down the filler. This stuff would be great if you planned to make a sculpture, or even fabricate features on your wood out of it. Its not the best to fill cracks and holes, but is acceptable after thinning. It just depends on what you are wanting to do with it.

Works great - far superior to the alternatives
I had used this for a few years and found it to be effective and relatively easy to work with. But people kept talking about Bondo and Bondo-like fillers, so I thought I'd give them a try. What a mistake - they're incredibly malodorous and have a ridiculously short working time (by the time I mixed it thoroughly I only had a couple of minutes working time!). When you're repairing rotten wood, you need time to get it into the cracks and mold it to shape - a few minutes won't do. When I came back to the Abatron system, it was like heaven. Sure, it takes some experience to learn the ins-and-outs of working with it, and it doesn't adhere to surfaces without quite a bit of manual labor, but the fact that it barely has an odor, is very sandable, and holds up over time, makes it worth the expense. Sometimes you have to try the alternatives before you know what you really have!

Lifesaver! I'm 67 and had no problem handling this.
Unable to find a handyman who will do "small" projects like this and when I do get an estimate they suggest replacing the entire door (i.e. they don't want the job). Thanks to YouTube suggesting videos repairing rotting wood, this product came up quite a bit. So, I watched tons of videos watching how it's applied. Every one had a valuable tip that came in very handy and then I took the leap and gave it a try. The prep took a long time as this is a North-facing door and getting enough of a dry spell to feel the timing was right ate up quite a few weeks. Working with the wood hardener and the epoxy was not bad at all. It took quite a bit of epoxy to fill the deep holes I had but, for an older lady with a ton of patience, I'm happy with the way it turned out. Highly recommend!

Good quantity - for the price. Clear instructions and easy to use. We bought this product to restore 70 year old wagon wheels. We found this product in stores but the quantity was much less and we would be spending more money trying to buy the amount needed. The wood was very brittle when we got the wagon wheels - the liquid epoxy absorbed well and did a great job of hardening the wood. We have yet to stain/paint.

It works very well. The Liquid takes long time to dry, and the Woodepox will dry much sooner so must be quick to put it on and shape to whatever you like. Woodepox is easy to handle, however, need to prepare a lot of disposable gloves for Liquid. Overall, good product to fix old furniture and windows and doors.
