Purchased on March17, 2023.I really like that it pushed my umbilical hernia back into place because the hernia was beginning to hurt me and was coming out And I thought I would have to go to the emergency room.. I ordered this and it came overnight and it put the hernia back into place and my fear went away. What I don’t like is that it is very scratchy and itchy. I had to stuff paper underneath it to keep from breaking out in an itchy irritated rash. Also the edges are very strong and they press into the body and that hurts after a while. if only they could sell a separate wrap to wrap around yourself that has an opening for the umbilical circular pad, that you could wear underneath this thing. I really like it because it protected my hernia from progressing into a worse situation that was scaring me. But I didn’t like the discomfort of the scratching, The poking, and itching. So I give it 100% approval for helping me, but I give it a 50% disapproval for irritating my skin. Sorry. i’m both grateful and ungrateful, but if you want your umbilical hernia to go back into place and you can tolerate some discomfort, then get this one. Just know it’s kind of rough material.Update April 7, 2023.I have to give up on this hernia belt. I wear it over clothing to try and avoid the itching. But it causes unbelievable itching even though it’s over a T-shirt. And the itching continues on for a day or two. My skin is severely irritated Maybe a weightlifting belt might be a better option.

very good velcro attachment, you can put it on when you are laying down, which I recommend, or when standing up, not good for the strength of your core though, as any kind of abdominal belt will weaken your abdominal and back muscles

Only two sizes are offered. The L/XL fits me too loosely. I run out of velcro before I can tighten it to a snugness that feels supporting enough and I end up with too much loose tucked fabric that makes it uncomfortable. Then I ordered the S/M and that one is too tight! I can barely wrap it around and it's too snug when I manage it. So, both technically fit, but neither fits well so as to be useful. My waist is 40" (not surprisingly, this is the upper range of the s/m and the lower range of the l/xl). I wanted to like it because it's narrower than most others and I don't need my whole torso squeezed, just my midsection/ umbilical area (hernia). Anyway, they need a size in between the current two available (maybe call the current s/m just "small" and the current l/xl just "large" and design an actual "medium."

I hadn't realized how uncomfortable I was until I wore this. I feel so much better and it's very comfortable to wear. Thin enough to wear under clothes. Not bulky at all. Edit: 1st week wearing this all day long at work, (bending ,stretching, lifting), so impressed! Very comfortable, I forget l even have it on! Makes me feel so much better. Great product. Very easy to put on.

Using it for hernia.

Zero stars. Poor stitching along with plastic means that it pokes you terribly when you sit down. Very uncomfortable. Not well-made. Corners are not capped.

I wear mine over a t shirt for comfort. Fits nice and snug, Velcro works great.
