Men's Packable Lightweight Water-Resistant Puffer Jacket (Available in Big & Tall)

This puffer jacket is a great everyday option. It’s lightweight but still keeps you warm, and the water-resistant finish is perfect for light rain or damp weather. Packs down nicely for travel or storage. Comfortable fit and good quality for the price!

A well constructed item at a fair price. Time will tell as far as longevity is concerned but initial quality seems satisfactory.

This puffer jacket is pretty good. It keeps me warm and fits nicely and the zipper works great. Nice deep pockets, too. The only issues I have are that the material is noisy and makes all kinds of swishing sounds when the sleeves brush the other parts of the jacket as you are walking or moving around, and the other issue is that the zipper front is not very flexible for when you are bending over. It protrudes out in front of you and obstructs your lower field of vision. I've gotten into the habit of pressing on my belly area when I'm bending over to pick up something and I've got the jacket on, so that I can see where the object is and also so the jacket doesn't contact my chin/face which it sometimes does, too. If I have to squat to do something, the front of the jacket gets pushed upwards and becomes uncomfortable and in the way, so pressing down on the belly area of the jacket helps, but it's a little annoying to have to do that. I've had other puffer jackets that did not do this and I think it is due to lack of flexibility in the zipper front area and also the bottom hem/edge (not sure what to call it) which is not elastic or stretchy in any way. There's no give. So, if you plan on mainly wearing this jacket while you'll be walking around or standing, it will be great. But not so great for working (bending, squatting, reaching overhead) or sitting, due to lack of flexibility. This jacket would also not be good for any kind of activity that requires silence due to the noisiness of the fabric. Such as hiking and listening to hear if any wild animals are around you. All you will hear is the jacket as you are hiking when there could be a wild animal nearby that you would want to know about. I'm a woman, 5'4", 130 lbs and the medium fits me well (aside from the flexibility problems). I actually bought two of them in different colors because they are nice & warm and a decent price and they look nice on me.

I bought this Amazon Essentials packable puffer jacket for my husband, and we're both very happy with it. The Red Earth color is even more beautiful in person and honestly makes him look much younger! Sizing runs a little large: he usually wears an XL, but | ordered a Large, and it fits him perfectly and looks great. The jacket is lightweight but still warm, and the material feels soft and comfortable. Most importantly, he really likes it -which says a lot because he already has a closet full of jackets I can already tell this will be one he reaches for often. Highly recommend!

Nice jacket. Warm, comfortable and looks great. I purchased both the medium and large because I wasn’t sure about the sizing. I usually wear large but the medium fit perfectly with room for a fleece vest.

Jacket is great. Its warm but not heavy. Wind does not blow through. Great price. Thinking of ordering another in a different color.

If you’re going to Antarctica — or maybe even Buffalo — this might not be the winter jacket for you. Which isn’t to say that it’s not good, just that it doesn’t feel like it’ll stand up to really cold winter weather. But that shouldn’t come as a surprise. It’s lightweight and seems like it would be easily packable. I don’t know if I would compare it to a name brand that costs four times as much, but it seems well enough made — at least it doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart. I’ve been wearing it in mid-30’s kind of weather and it’s fine for that. I have a long torso and wear a “tall,” and it fits true to size. For what I paid, this was excellent value. If I need to be outside when it’s below 25 degrees, I’ll either get something warmer … or just stay inside.

Lightweight down to maybe 50°. The sleeves fit good, but the body is larger in comparison. You can layer well with a hoodie. I'm looking for a warmer lightweight jacket. There are better options that are warmer for around the same price.
