terrific spicy noodle soup
I got hooked on the spicy sesame Crystal Noodle soups when my grocery used to carry them, but now the soup can't be found anywhere in town so I have to order online. And boy, is it worth it. This soup is made up of thin, almost clear crystal noodles that comes with a block of dehydrated bok choy and paste, plus a little envelope of sesame paste. You put the block of bok choy and paste on top of the noodles, pour boiling water until it reaches the fill line, then put the lid on and let it sit just a couple of minutes. Then you add the sesame paste, which tastes a little like peanut butter and pairs with the spiciness of the broth wonderfully. The paste is a little difficult to get out sometimes, requiring some finesse with a butter knife, but it's worth it. The noodles are filling and taste better than the kind you get in the usual ramen soups. The broth is a medium spice that builds, and the bok choy rehydrates well with good flavor. The calories are quite good, only 280, but the sodium is high as you would expect. I pair a bowl of this with an egg roll or two and am full for hours.

Great!
Great flavor and texture. It's got a kick but not too overpowering like some of Nongshim's products. At less than 50 carbs it makes for a perfectly filling snack or light dinner. In short, perfect for college students looking for a healthy ramen product. Wish it was a bit cheaper but the product is well worth the price

Good taste if your used to asian food
The soup is good. Great for eating when you've realized your way to lazy and don't have nearly enough skill or time to cook your self a proper meal

When you're dieting real hard, this will strengthen you!
I've got a real savvy trainer and he recommended that I try this soup when I feel like I just CANNOT stick with the program (because I am feeling weak and listless.) IT WORKS! Try this soup when you hit a plateau or have a serious craving, too, it really turns your attitude around! Trainer says often when we are on a hard program (controlled diet & workouts) the body just needs a dose of sodium to come back. The spices really help, too! I like to eat this soup "American style" (with a spoon) or just drink it if I'm in a hurry, so I crush the noodles before I brew the soup. Just put em in a bag and get a hammer. (No way can you cut up these noodles!) Try it next time you are under the weather or just need a pick me up! Per container: 280 calories, 8 gr fat, 45 carbs, 6 gr protein, 1610 mg sodium, just 26% of calories from fat. Crystal Noodle Spicy Sesame Paste, 2.47 Ounce Cardboard Cup (Pack of 6) .

Delicious!
These noodles are delicious! They're clear, glass, vermicelli type noodles. It heats quickly and comes in a plastic strengthened paper bowl container. Inside the container, the noodles sit at the bottom with a sesame sauce pack and a block of "soup." This is a block of dehydrated soup containing bok choy and the soup ingredients. Looking at the nutritional facts, its a little sneaky. The break a single serving (1 container) into two serving (1/2 a container per serving) That means in a single container, you get 300 calories (100 from fat), 18% Daily total fat (on a 2000 cal diet) and most importantly... 46% your daily sodium (1,120) On the bright side, there's no MSG. Unfortunately, you'll need to add hot water because the paper bowls are not microwaveable.

Tastiest noodle bowl ever
This is the best, I only wish it was more affordable... feels bad spending this much on a treat for myself when the soy protein in it takes so long to pick out :/

Gets really old... pretty quickly
I tend to love spicy noodles of all kinds. I go more for the stove top, than hot water in a vat variety. The first time I tried it, I thought it was okay and I really wanted to love these noodles because it's lower in calories than my go to Shin Ramyun, but I just couldn't love it. I dreaded eating the noodles again because I felt as though it tasted like plastic. I am definitely not ordering this again. I still have a number left from the pack that I bought. I would recommend trying one before buying a whole box.
