Old and bitter
The chocolate I received was kind of old, it had some chocolate bloom on it. The flavor is really bitter but I guess that is to be expected for the amount of cacao. Maybe because the chocolate was old but the bitterness didn't really taste like much. I think the kind of loose paper packaging is to blame for the chocolate bloom.

Worth the money!
Super yummy! Love the maple syrup instead of cane sugar. Unprocessed chocolate was smooth and delicious. Shipping included a small cool pack which helped prevent the chocolate from melting on my porch after delivery. A little pricey, but a delicious treat!
