I get my labs/blood drawn every 3 months and this shows up in my blood. Its real. I use Best Naturals Creatine tablets, and Best Naturals BCAA's Capsules also.... this company actually provides legit stuff. Good value, good product
I bought this to supplement my cats with Lysine and Arginine (crushing and mixing in wet food) and started taking it myself.Lysine is supposed to stop virus (feline herpes) from propagating, and Arginine is essential for eliminating ammonia, so I don't want them to get out of balance. Figure ornithine won't hurt.4 tablets is 1 serving so it's 30 servings for about $10

Great product for energy and muscle retention
I am older now and I've used it over the years and it definitely keeps my musculature event hough I don't lift as much weights. I also find it to energize me quite well. I usually only take 2 in the morning. Not sure how it would work if I took more.

3 tabs more than an inch long per dose
The tablets border on too large for an adult to swallow. Over an inch. And they recommend taking 6-9 of them daily, which makes them both a nuisance and more expensive than they appear.

Happy I Found These
Have taken Tri-Amino tablets for over 15 years and had originally bought from a different company until their price continued to rise. The price of Best Naturals for the Same dosage is almost half which is a Great deal and results are just as good if not better. Reason is I now skipped past 70+ and still go to the gym 3 to 4 times per week. I like machines that work multiple areas. I Row for 15 minutes. Do the Arc which goes from cross county skiing up to stair steppingfor 10 minutes then bike and street h. Also like some have stated, these are large tablets but I’ve always taken this size and have no problem swallowing them. Taking some water first the after to swallow. I am a repeat happy customer of Best Naturals.
