Q: Can u use the crescent baking rolls in the mold?

Crescent rolls do not bake into the mold so the pig does not emerge. Use pancake batter!

Q: What is the best type of batter to use?

I use Jiffy mix and add to it whats in the recipe book that's included with the Piggy Pop.

Q: There are pigtails on the mold (outside). Does it shown on your finished products?

Yes the finished product will resemble a pig. Just like picture on box.

Q: Has anyone ever tried making these before ?

Yes I made these. The recommendations of batter seem to be too much. After you put the sausage in it makes the batter overflow. But it worked well and I trimmed off the extra
