Arrived pretty bashed up in the box. Thankfully nothing was missing. The assembly instructions are pretty poor but didn’t take too long. Just make sure to tighten everything so it’s nice and sturdy. Once setup it’s brilliant. The lat pull down is great, a lot tougher than at the gym as it seems less assisted (or I’ve gotten weaker in lockdown). It fits on 45cm diameter bumper plates perfectly fine too, I was worried they’d be too big. One small problem I’ve found with using the bottom pulley for bicep curls etc. is that the machine will tip over if you put weight on and not add some type of counter weight on the front. Ideally you’d be better bolting this to the ground so you don’t have to worry. The included fish hook clips are pretty small and seem a bit flimsy so I’ve ordered slightly chunkier stronger ones. Overall though it’s a brilliant addition for a home gym.UPDATE: I've bolted the machine to my concrete floor in the garage and it's much more stable now solving the tipping problem. overall the machine is good, as a whole gym. The only issue I feel is when doing sitting rows, the cable is running against metal, whereas I feel it should run ‘freely’ without rubbing, I.e. without contact with metal. In time, the cable will require to be replaced.

Great piece of kit, could be a bit sturdier to be fair and seat could do with being a bit lower but hard as everyones height differs.

Antes que nada, le pongo una estrella ya que después de comprarla amazon me empezó a recomendar exactamente la misma máquina de otros vendedores, pintada de otro color y por hasta 90€ menos. Por lo tanto, NADA justifica la compra de justo esta máquina. Además, pese a costarme 90€ este color amarillo tan explendido, me vino con defectos de pintura como se puede ver en la primera fotoTras esto, y después de varios meses de uso, voy con la reseña:PROS:Es muy barata (si te la compras de otro vendedor) y cumple su función para entrenar espalda, triceps, biceps, etc.Para poder hacer remo con la polea baja sentado en el suelo recomiendo cortar el metal como se ve en la tercera foto, ya que sino el cable roza y se pela.Por otro lado, tiene adaptadores para poner discos olímpicos o discos de los pequeños, por lo que, si ya te estás montando un gimnasio en casa y tienes discos, es mucho mejor opción que comprar una máquina de poleas que ya viene con peso (insuficiente) y cuesta el triple.Cabe destacar que la he cargado con hasta 80kg y no se ha roto.CONTRAS:Si mides más de 170cm la polea alta te vendrá pequeña. Además, la postura no es buena, ya que debido al funcionamiento de la polea baja el asiento está muy echado hacia delante.Por otro lado, al utilizar la polea baja hacia arriba (biceps, etc), la máquina entera se levanta, por lo que tienes que apoyarte encima o anclarla al suelo.Otro aspecto negativo de mi unidad es que la polea baja me vino un poco torcida, pero no influye en su uso.Finalmente, en general me gusta bastante la máquina ya que puedo entrenar espalda y triceps en casa de más maneras que solo con la barra.

La macchina ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Completa di tutto è costruita con ottimo materiale e si presenta robusta e bella da vedere. Per me che mi alleno a casa va benissimo e devo dire che sopporta carichi notevoli. L'unica cosa negativa è lo sgabello che secondo me è troppo vicino alla barra verticale; se fosse posizionato 10 centimetri più indietro andrebbe meglio. Per il resto tutto ottimo. La consiglio.
