Edit: A month of useThus far, this iPad Mini 4 has been in use for a little over a month by my daughter. Zero complaints. We've had no software or hardware issues, all apps she needs run well, it connects to the internet no problem, battery life is superb, as if the product was new.If you're looking at getting your younger child a tablet, perhaps opt for a refurbished iPad Mini instead of an android device, it might very well be worth it.Original Review:Having bought an iPad Mini 2 for my daughter's journey for school I endeavored into getting the 4 for my other daughter as a home entertainment device. I bought this from the same company as the 2 '1 CLICK CRAZY DEALS'On arrival, the packaging was good (the same as the previous iPad Mini 2 I ordered) and secure, DPD delivered the parcel swiftly. Upon opening the iPad was in good condition, with only a handful of minor scratches to the bottom corner of the screen (surface scratches from what I can tell.) However, a momentary scare came when I plugged it into charge. A dreaded 'Not Charging' message appeared beside the battery icon. Undeterred I tried the charger it came with to the same result. A quick search online suggested the charging brick might be the cause of the issue and, at first, it seemed to work. However, shortly after it displayed the same message. Debating if I was set to contact the company I tried the charger the other way around and bingo, it took to charging. I'm not sure what caused this problem (another Google search and it seems this can sometimes happen with iPads...) but it's not popped up again since.The buttons were in working order and sound quality good. Will report back when it's done more.Note: It arrived with only IOS 10 installed and running with Los Angeles time settings, which was an easy fix. Since the update for this review it has updated itself to iPadOS 15.

I think my expectation was probably too high. The item was in excellent condition and functioned well but didn’t quite meet my requirements. Otherwise, I would say it probably was value for money.

Very pleased with this purchase. I ordered it because I require an iOS device for a specific job. I didn't want a large iPad as I use it on sites and my hands are quite small, I didn't want to juggle a big iPad and I'm too middle aged to read anything on a screen the size of a phone. I'm delighted with it, it's perfect for site, I have a great case for it, it fits a universal tablet stand and jelly comb keyboard I had at home to write my reports on.I was concerned that it might be damaged, have poor battery life or be slow because it's a refurbished product but it is none of those things. Really good value for money. Perfect for my requirements. I'll be using it as an e-reader as well as a work device, it's the perfect size.

I am aware this is a refurbished product and I have purchased these before, however it is completely unusable. The iPad even with 90% battery is constantly resetting itself, meaning you cannot actually use it at all. Really disappointing for the money paid and was given no help by the seller.

Couldn’t afford a new one so got this for my child’s birthday. Looks in good condition, no scratches and screen is ok etc. but the battery life seems quite poor even when sound and brightness are turned down which is disappointing. So maybe worth stretching to new if you can afford it.

I bought this I Pqd Mini as a christmas present and is used by my wife it was packed well and is working well she is very happy with it a good item at a great Price

Very easy to set up. Lovely condition and a new charging cable with it. Easy transaction from start to delivery and next day delivery. Would highly recommend
