Will this claw fit a Samsung S6?

I don't know that phone... the clamp fits the iPhone SE in a Lifeproof case. The SE is same size as the iPhone 5. Google the phone dimensions for both. It also said to fit the iPhone 6 and 6+, I believe.

Does this item come ready to attach to the Garmin bean bag without the Garmin arm?

Will this work for a Iphone 12 Pro?

I have a Galaxy S9+ in a Otterbox hard case (6-1/2" x 3-3/16" x 7/16") and it works fine. My CC bracket holder opens just a bit more than 4-1/8". I have no idea if it can handle an Iphone 12 pro but hopefully this info will help you decide.
