Ferrous bisglycinate, calcium ascorbate, hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate, threonic acid. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

No stomach/digestion issues with this one
We’re recommended by physician adapter blood test showed iron deficient anemia causing breathlessness on exertion. Have heard of iron tablets causing problems with digestion before but no problems with these at all. Took the dose the Doctor recommended for my personal needs and it did wonders!

UK product (Official Pure Encapsulations product)
I emailed the company asking about this product, they sell Iron-C and OptiFerin-C in America and the products are completely different but the Iron-C sold in the UK is the American OptiFerin-C product, the OptiFerin-C product listed is the same product as this, just the American version and far more expensive.

Are these the real thing??
Have used this brand and this product ‘iron-C’ lots of times with no issues. Bought 2 of these via amazon third party seller for the first time. Opened the bottle and started taking 3 days ago, although the bottle looks the same not convinced this is an authentic product. The pills are a darker colour and I have been feeling very nauseous and had an upset stomach since taking them. Returning them and going to buy from my usual source. ☹️
