Old school grandmother!
I could not download the program properly. I was looking for a disc and didn't realize it was a online code and threw it away. I am a grandmother and I thought that someone took the disc. Oh well. Thank you so much for the refund. Next time I will just let the young people handle it.

Can't use the redeem code I purchased to play in my PS4.
Dear Sir/Madam, I can't use the redeem code I purchased to play in my PS4. I have been in touch with Epic Game to understand what happened, they couldn’t resolve it; I finally contacted Sony PlayStation support centre in HK, they said the PSN account I registered in HK cannot use this product I purchased from Amazon. I have finally registered a North American PSN account, and I am able to play Fortnite now in my PS4. However, I still can't redeem this voucher code. I have contacted WB Games Support, they replied me the following : ------------------------- Greetings Peter, Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. We are sorry to hear about the situation with your Fortnite Deep Freeze Bundle code. Since the code from the physical code sheet you received is appearing as invalid, we would recommend first that you try to reach out to the retailer that you purchased the game/code from. It took time for the code and game to work
It took until the next day for the game to work. We put in the code, the code went through however it took until the next day for it to actually work. I gave this a 4 because of how delayed this was. We also thought we received a nonworking code. Otherwise, my son is now a happy gamer.
