Product description CLARIVEN ultra (30 TABLETS)is a modern formulation that intervenes on lymphatic and venous edematosis, stimulating drainage. Diosmin reduces the capillary permeability, increase in venous tone and lymphatic flow. It also combines anti-inflammatory action. Coumarin, is a substance contained in the flowering tops of Melilotus officinalis (Sweet Clover). It increases capillary resistance, decreases the permeability of the vascular walls, promotes venous return and lymphatic circulation and shows an anti-inflammatory and antiedematous activity. Esperidine is a flavonoid with a high antioxidant activity, reduces the permeability and fragility of the capillary walls and at the same time increases its resistance. Vitis vinifera (Grape seeds) contains active ingredients such as tannins, flavonoids, anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, polyunsaturated fatty acids, mineral salts, vitamins. Procyanidins or proanthocyanidins are characterised by flavonic molecules with a high antioxidant and endothelial protective activity. Proanthocyanidins are used in the treatment of vascular disorders such as chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins and capillary fragility. Centella Asiatica Extract the triterpenic saponins of which the centella leaves are rich, improve venous circulation by stimulating fibroblasts. Centella is useful for preventing and treating venous insufficiency and, therefore, swelling and heaviness in the legs and ankles resulting from it, but also pain in the veins, nocturnal cramps and haemorrhoids.
