Q: How do you install this? Do you need a drill or any other special tools?

I bought the hanging mounts that you have to put a hole in the ceiling and then pop the butterfly clasp thru so it catches on the inside of the drywall so it’s a sturdy hanger for the lamp.

Q: You mentioned it's 6" in diameter but how long is the lamp itself?

About 12 inches which includes the top and bottom fasteners and an inch hanging medallion

Q: I’m so sad!! The bottom was sitting right so I tried to fix it and the bottom fell out and broke the glass. Can this be returned or fixed?

Idk contact the seller... have to be careful handling it.

Q: We need to purchase an additional 20' chain/cord for our chandelier. How do we order?

Bring a sample to a hardware store, they probably won't have the same thing. But get something similar or buy 30' of chain
