Q: What is the return policy for these? If they do not fit, wrong color, etc.

They are great at returns. I ordered some wooden danskos from them and they swapped them no charge

Q: How do these compare to birkenstock’s profi-birki? i was kind of disappointed by them and i want something that will last a long time.

I have had two pairs so far and they have lasted roughly 3 years of 60-70 hours a week on my feet. I love them. They have a bit of a higher heap than Birkenstock does. I didn’t care for Birkenstock’s either.

Q: These seem great so far other than the left shoe is still very tight across the top. will this loosen?

Yes it will break in! This is my 10th pair of these shoes. You can ease the break in by wearing thin socks or getting them wet and wearing them out dry.

Q: Do these provide any arch support for people with flat feet?

I paid so much for these with my big flat feet and they wore out faster then any shoe I've ever owned in 17 years. worst buy of my life. worst quality. 3 months turned to absolute trash
